Free Coaching: Along with engineering-medical, now students giving SSC and banking exams will also be able to get guidance from renowned experts. Because the scope of the online platform ‘SATHEE’ (Self Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams) is being expanded. This platform was started with the aim of providing guidance of renowned professors and alumni to students preparing for engineering-medical. More than 5 lakh students have joined it so far. Four-five days ago, the Ministry of Education has also linked the preparation of banking services exam to this platform. Soon the option of preparing for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and University Entrance Exam (CUET) is also expected to be available.

Govind Jaiswal, Joint Secretary, Higher Education Department, Ministry of Education, says that on the ‘Saathi’ platform, students are being given options like live classes, NCERT video solutions, AI based assessment platform, recorded video lectures of almost all IIT professors, mentorship from IIT-AIIMS students and alumni. No fees have to be paid. Now guidance will also be available for preparing for banking.

What is special in SATHEE portal

  • There are 45 days of live crash courses.
  • There are multilingual videos in Physics, Chemistry, Maths.
  • There are live and recorded classes of subject experts.
  • AI based analysis, webinars, tutorial sessions and mock tests as well.
  • You can start preparation anytime after 11th, 12th or after passing 12th.

There is a plan to give options to students in six to seven streams. Four examinations have been covered under this scheme. Along with this, brainstorming is also going on regarding law and other competitive examinations.
