Aadhaar card of all the members of the applicant’s family, income certificate, residence certificate, a current mobile number and passport size. A photo is required. If you do not have all these documents, then get all the necessary documents made before getting your ration card made. You have to apply online on the official website of Food and Logistics Department Uttar Pradesh, fcs.up.gov.in.
