Now, under this scheme, all the workers who are getting less salary of 21 thousand will be able to get health services in 735 districts of the country.




Under the new approval of the Standing Committee of ESIC, from 1 April, ESIC members will start receiving health related services in all 735 districts. Currently, this facility is fully available only in 387 districts. Apart from this, partial services are available in 187 districts, while in 161 districts ESIC members do not get any healthcare.

According to information received from SP Tiwari, member of the Standing Committee of ESIC, the Standing Committee has approved the proposed budget for management under ABPMJAY in a meeting held on Wednesday, so that the insured in all districts across the country from April 1, 2021. Will be able to get health services.

 

 

Explain that under ESIC, members get health services in hospitals with health centers and tieups. ESIC now provides health related services to all its members under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana i.e. ABPMJAY. A few months ago a consensus has been reached about this.

 

 

Tiwari said that ESIC has signed an MoU with the National Health Authority to provide medical care in the new implementation areas. This will facilitate the beneficiaries of ESIC to undergo treatment in empaneled hospitals under ABPMJAY.




Under this, ESIC beneficiaries will be able to receive services in all ABPMJAY hospitals across the country. Apart from this, ABPMJAY beneficiaries will also be able to get health related services in ESIC hospitals.
