Let us tell you that a discount of 200 to 300 rupees was given by government oil companies on commercial gas cylinders, which has now been abolished. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the complaints of distributors giving more discounts on commercial cylinders.
Government oil companies gave orders
Giving information, the three state-owned oil companies of the country, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and HPCL and BPCL, have told the distributors that from now on, customers with any commercial gas cylinder will not get the facility of discount. This decision has come into effect from 8 November.
On which cylinders the discount ended
According to information received from Indian Oil, cylinders of 19 kg and 47.5 kg will be sold without discount. Also, HPCL has said that all discounts available on cylinders of 19 kg, 35 kg, 47.5 kg and 425 kg are being abolished.
