According to the bank, under the doorstep banking service, customers like cash pickup at home, cash delivery, receiving checks, delivery of drafts, check requisition, life certificate pickup, KYC document pickup, Farm-15 pickup. Many facilities are available.

Salient features of the scheme
- Till the complete preparation at the contact center, requests for doorstep banking services can only be made at the home branch.
- Amount of cash withdrawal and cash deposit – limit per day, Rs. 20,000 / – per transaction. is.
- The service fee is Rs 60 / – + GST for each non-financial transaction and Rs 100 / – + GST for financial transactions.
- The withdrawal will be allowed only on submission of the withdrawal form along with the check / passbook.
- The best effort will be made for delivery but its time will not exceed T + 1 working day (excluding holidays).

Who will get this facility
Facilities such as depositing checks, withdrawing and depositing deposits and life certificates are provided at home through Doorstep Banking Service.
