New Gold Price (Gold Price on MCX): On the Multi Commodity Exchange, June futures gold is trading down by Rs 185 to trade at Rs 48,043 per 10 grams. In the previous trading session, gold rose by 0.72 per cent to a two-month high of Rs 48,200 per 10 grams.
Silver Price on MCX: May futures on MCX are trading at Rs 70,097 per kg, slipping by Rs 241. Silver had gained 2.3 per cent or Rs 1,615 per kg in the previous trading session.
4 thousand gold became expensive this month
This month, the price of gold in the Indian market has increased by more than 4 thousand rupees. Gold is supported by the recovery in the global market. Earlier this month, gold rose sharply to near the 44,000 level in US bond yields, shocking the sep-haven asset.
