If the government implements the new labor code, the working hours of the employees will change. The working hours of employees can be changed to 12 hours. At the same time, along with the change in duty hours, government and private sector employees will also see many changes in their salary, gratuity and provident fund. According to the new draft of the Labor Code, the working hours of the employees can be increased to a maximum of 12 hours….

According to the new labor code, even 15 to 30 minutes of extra time will be considered as overtime. At the same time, employees will get a break of 30 minutes every five hours. With this, the salary rules will change. According to the new labor code, the basic salary of the employees should be 50% or more. There will be a change in the salary structure after the implementation of the new labor code in ACE. The basic salary of the employees will increase, which will have an effect on PF and gratuity. That is, the PF will increase. Where in hand salary will decrease




Salary rules will change from August 1

The government has made preparations to change the salary rules from August 1. According to the new rule, now there will be salary credit on Sundays and government holidays also. That is, if there is a Sunday or a government holiday on the coming day, then there is no problem now. On that day also the salary will be transferred in the account of the employees.
