Good News: Britain’s biggest zamindar becomes UAE prime minister, bought one lakh acres of land

UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has bought 100,000 acres of land in Britain. The PM of the UAE has now become Britain’s largest landowner.

Governance in Britain may be governed by the royal family but most of the land here is owned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE’s Vice President and Prime Minister, who make Dubai the most beautiful city in the world. Please tell that their name is 40 thousand hectares in the UK, ie about one lakh acres of land.

The Prime Minister of the UAE has become Britain’s largest landowner. The British newspaper The Guardian has revealed this. Sheikh Mohammed owns the grand mansion, Mansion, in the most expensive and posh areas of London. Apart from this, there are stables and training centers in a pricey place like Newmarket.

Not only this, Sheikh Mohammed also has about 25,000 hectares of land in the Scottish Highland. However, the most surprising thing here is that the royal family of Britain is sending their land to Sheikh Mohammed at a good price. Sheikh’s investment in horse racing has a huge role in making his dominance among the high profile people of Britain.

Between 2011-2020, Sheikh alone invested six thousand crore rupees on horse racing. Investing such a large amount means that the entire Newmarket area and the game played in Britain, both depend on Sheikh Mohammed.

Through Arat Investment Limited Company, Sheikh has purchased more than half of the land spread in the Newmarket area. Apart from this, there are more than 100 properties around New Market, which have no relation with horses. In 2019, the Jockey Club also released a portrait of Queen Elizabeth in honor of Sheikh.

The Guardian newspaper could not find much details about Sheikh’s land and property in Britain. This is because most of their assets are recorded in the name of several companies in the government records due to tax reasons. However, Shaikh’s lawyer says that we have not evaded tax in every investment we have made, because all purchases have been done under the law.
