EPFO is launching new facilities to address the problems of its millions of PF subscribers. Now through WhatsApp, problems will also be solved.
New Delhi: The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has launched several online facilities for millions of PF subscribers. Due to which it has become easier for PF account holders to operate their PF account smoothly. EPFO has also launched a WhatsApp service to make these features easier. Through which PF account holders can find a solution to the problem related to their account. WhatsApp Helpline Service (EPFO WhatsApp Helpline Service), is intended to avoid frequent PF office visits.
WhatsApp helpline service has been started in all 138 regional offices of EPFO. Any member can file a complaint through WhatsApp message. Other features of EPFO include EPFIGMS portal (online complaint resolution portal), CPGRAMS, social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter) and 24-hour call center, all designed to facilitate PF customers.
