Salient Features of PNB Door Step Banking Facility-
1) PNB provides doorstep banking services to its customers (personal / corporate) to collect cash from its premises (offices), where appropriate KYC procedures are followed.
2) Customers will have to fill an enrollment form and sign an agreement with their branch to avail the facility.
3) Cash is raised within normal business hours of the bank.
4) Complimentary pickup of checks is allowed along with cash pick-up.
5) Customer can choose any of the following options
On-call pick: The bank representative visits the customer’s residence or office upon request, which can be recorded via telephone / fax.
Beat pick up: Bank representatives visit the customer’s residence or office every day to collect cash.
