It has become easy to access the lounge for free at the airport through select cards. Now you do not need to keep a card. Recently RuPay Exclusive Lounge has opened at Delhi Airport. Here you can avail lounge access by making a UPI payment of Rs 2 through RuPay credit card.
New Delhi. Waiting at the airport is the most boring task during air travel. If you reach the airport before the flight time or there is a lot of time between connecting flights, then entry to the airport lounge is very useful. Now lounge access at the airport has become very easy. Now you do not even need to keep a physical credit or debit card. You can access the lounge by making a UPI payment of just Rs 2 using your selected Rupay Credit Card.
Recently, RuPay Exclusive Lounge has opened near Gate No. 41 at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3. Here you can currently enter through selected Rupay cards. The special thing is that now you can also avail lounge access by scanning the QR code and making a UPI payment of Rs 2 through selected Rupay cards.

What to do if you don’t have a RuPay card
If you don’t have a RuPay credit card, you cannot avail the RuPay Exclusive Lounge at the moment. However, you can access the lounge for free in other lounges at the airport through select Master Card or Visa Card. Usually, lounge access is available at international and domestic airports on travel credit cards and premium credit cards. Access through the card does not matter which airline you fly with or which ticket you have.
