For self-registration on Co-WIN app, documents like driving license, PAN card, bank passbook, passport, pension documents, MGNREGA job card, voter ID, official ID of MPs / MLAs / MLC, government issued service card and health An insurance smartcard issued by the Ministry of Labor will be required.
