In Bihar, 32000 people have been trained under the Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyam Yojana. Under this scheme, selected entrepreneurs will be given assistance of ₹ 200000 in three installments. 25% of the amount has been given in the first installment while 50% will be given in the second installment and 25% in the third installment. To avail the benefits of this scheme, the monthly income of the applicants should be less than ₹ 6000.
Goverment Scheme: Under the Chief Minister’s Small Entrepreneur Scheme (Bihar Mukhyamantri Laghu Udyami Yojana), the Industry Department has completed the training of 32 thousand beneficiaries. Under this scheme, two lakh rupees are to be given in three installments to such applicants to start their own enterprise. Under this, the people who have been selected have been given 25 percent of the amount in the first installment. In the second installment, 50 percent of the amount is to be given under the scheme.
32000 people were trained in 62 types of trades
Under the Chief Minister’s Small Entrepreneurs Scheme (Bihar Government Scheme), two lakh rupees are to be given for small trades, most of which are related to handicrafts and small businesses. These include people from families whose monthly income is less than six thousand rupees. They were given training in DRCC working at the district level.
The core of the training was how they have to work in their trade and who is the potential market for their trade, they were also told.
Help of one lakh rupees in the second installment
Under the second installment, one lakh rupees is to be given to the beneficiaries selected under the Chief Minister’s Small Entrepreneur Scheme. They have to take their work forward with this amount. It is known that 25 percent of the scheme has been given to the people selected under this scheme in the first phase. 25 percent is also to be given as the third installment.
Utility certificates are being checked now
According to the information received from the Industry Department, the people who were given 25 percent amount under this scheme were asked for a utility certificate that how they used this amount to start their enterprise. After its investigation is completed, the process of giving the second installment will begin. The names of those who will not submit the utility certificate will not be considered for the second installment.
