What is H-1B visa?
The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows US technology companies to hire foreign workers for a limited period of time. Form I-129 for nonimmigrant workers and Form I-907 for Premium Processing Service are available online at USCIS, a media release said.
USCIS said that online filing of forms for H-1B cap applications will start being accepted from April 1.
