Ingredients:
Gram flour – 1 small bowl ghee – 1/2 small bowl sugar – 1 small bowl water – 21/2 small bowl cardamom – 2-3 chopped cashews – 1 tsp raisins for garnishing
Method: Firstly fry the gram flour in a pan till it becomes light brown. Now mix ghee and sugar and stir well. Now add water and mix well.
- Let it boil, once this mixture starts thickening, keep stirring continuously.
- Remove the pan from the gas and let it cool.
- Meanwhile, crush cardamom.
- Now burp it on the halwa.
- Garnish with cashews and raisins.
