Chief Minister Manohar Lal attended the GMDA (Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority) meeting held in Gurugram on Friday. During this, he has announced to close all schools in the state till April 30 due to Corona.
Along with this, he also gave clear indication that strict steps can be taken if needed. During the press conference, he said that the way Corona infection is increasing all over the country, all the state governments are concerned. Every effort will be made to prevent infection.
In view of Corona infection in the state, a decision has been taken to close schools from primary to middle of the state by April 30. The Chief Minister has said that in those districts where cases of infection will increase, there will be strictness in those districts. The District Deputy Commissioner will take this decision at his level.
During this time, he also made an announcement regarding the wheat payment of farmers. He said that all the farmers would be paid on time and if there was a delay in doing so, they would be paid with interest on their amount. At any stage, harassment of farmers will not be allowed. The factional strike will have no effect on wheat procurement.
