Let us inform that the Haryana Housing Board has extended the application date for flats in Pinjore-Kalka for the people of economically weaker and BPL families. The date of application for 242 three-storey flats constructed by the Housing Board has been extended till November 15. The cost of these flats is very less.

Let us inform that the Haryana Housing Board has fixed the estimated price of the flats as ₹ 692000. The same person will have to deposit 10 percent of the estimated cost of the flat online at the time of application and pay the remaining amount later. Haryana Housing Board’s Chief Administrator Ashanj Singh said that between August 16 and September 15, applications were invited by the board for houses built in Sectors 3, 4 and 4 A. Later this date was extended to 15 October.
Now again this date has been extended to 15 November. The estimated covered area of the flat is around 300 sq. ft. This will give more time to the people willing to buy the flat. Also, he told that after the draw for the flats, the successful applicants will have to deposit 15 percent of the estimated price. The same outstanding 60% amount will have to be deposited within 100 days of allotment or will have to be paid in 156 equated monthly installments with interest. He said that applications will be accepted online.
