Haryana Lockdown Update: Corona continues to wreak havoc in the country. Every day, record new cases are coming out in India. Because of Corona, restrictions like lockdown are in force in most states and union territories of the country. Amidst all this, the Manohar Lal Khattar government of Haryana has decided to provide financial assistance of Rs. 5-5 thousand to the families living below the poverty line.
Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said, ‘It has been decided to give Rs 5000 to the families living below the poverty line, because their livelihood has stopped and they have to stay at home because of the Kovid. They are facing many difficulties.

Earlier, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar had announced that the general category patients who are admitted to a private hospital and are on oxygen or ICU support, the state government should be given a maximum of Rs. 5,000 per patient per day for a maximum period of 7 days. Will help At the same time, those who belong to BPL category will get help of Rs 35,000.

Apart from this, private hospitals will also be given an incentive of Rs 1,000 per patient or maximum of Rs 7,000 per day for giving preference to Kovid-19 patients related to the state. At the same time, Rs 42,000 will be provided as medical aid by the state government for BPL patients.
On the other hand, the Haryana government announced on Sunday to extend the lockdown period to 17 May to prevent the spread of corona virus infection. Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij said on Twitter, ‘Epidemic alert from May 10 to May 17, safe Haryana.’ He said that strict measures will be taken to prevent the spread of infection in the state.
