HDFC Bank is providing information to its customers through e-mail that this service of the bank will be closed for 28 hours from 6 pm on 7 August to 10 pm on 8 August. Customers will not be able to get these services on Net Banking and Mobile Banking. During this, if a customer wants to take advantage of these services, then he will not be able to get it. The bank has apologized for this.

During this activity, HDFC Bank will not be able to do the following transactions on NetBanking and MobileBanking apps-
>> Bank informed that customers will not be able to download or view their credit card statement on mobile or net banking from 6 PM on 7 August 2021 to 10 PM on 8 August 2021.
>> At the same time, customers will not be able to avail services related to debit and credit cards from 12.30 am to 6.30 am on the night of 11 August 2021.
There was a jump of 14.36 percent in profit in the June quarter
In the June quarter, HDFC Bank’s consolidated net profit registered a growth of 14.36 per cent year-on-year and stood at Rs 7922 crore. The bank had a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,927.24 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago.
The total income of the bank increased to Rs 36,771 crore in the April-June quarter as compared to Rs 34,453 crore a year ago. The bank’s gross NPA ratio rose to 1.47 per cent in the quarter ended June 30, 2021 this year, from 1.36 per cent in the same period a year ago and 1.32 per cent in the March quarter.

HDFC Bank customers can now withdraw cash from ATMs without a debit card. HDFC Bank itself has given information about this new facility. The bank has also tweeted about this. The bank wrote in its tweet, ‘Forgot ATM card? Do not worry. HDFC Bank Cardless Cash is now #DigitallyYours, allowing you to withdraw cash from HDFC Bank 24X7. You can withdraw cash instantly in a very secure way without ATM/Debit card. Under this feature, any person can transfer cash only with the help of mobile number and can easily add or remove new beneficiary for net banking.
