HDFC Bank launches CSC! Now you will not have to go to the bank to deposit loan installment, know everything about it

The country’s largest private sector lender HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank) has started EMI Collection Services (EMI Collection Services) in association with Common Service Center e-Governance Services India Limited. Customers have to share their information with the Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) for verification.

New Delhi. The country’s largest private sector lender HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank) has launched a Common Service Center (CSC) facility for the convenience of its customers. Due to this, the borrowers of the bank will not have to check the branch to deposit Depositing EMI. If you understand in easy words, now customers will be able to deposit the loan installment at the nearest center. HDFC Bank and CSC e-Governance Services India Limited have launched EMI Collection Services (EMI Collection Services) for their business correspondents in the country.




Borrowers will have to share some information with VLEs

To deposit the installment at the Common Service Center, customers have to share some of their information with the Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) so that they can be verified. In this, customers will have to provide some information like loan number, registered mobile number, PAN, date of birth to VLE. After this, you will be able to check the amount due on the system by matching the VLE loan account with the registered phone number of the customer. After this, the bank will give the receipt of the VLE deposited amount to the customer. After that he will deposit this amount in the bank.

Financial services will be extended to rural and interior areas,

customers will not need to go to the bank branch due to the introduction of the collection facility through CSC. This will expand financial services in rural and remote areas. According to HDFC Bank, under this campaign, CSC and HDFC Bank will use the services provided by business correspondents to collect regular EMIs of loans. These will act as deposit points for auto loans, personal loans, business loans. Explain that HDFC Bank’s partnership with CSC will take banking and financial services through more than 1 lakh VLEs to the doorsteps of people in remote areas.
