HDFC Bank launches mobile ATM service, there will be no cash problem in Coronakal

HDFC Mobile ATM Service: In view of the Coronavirus, HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank) has deployed mobile ATMs across India to assist customers during lockdown in many places.

HDFC Mobile ATM Service: In view of the Coronavirus, HDFC Bank (HDFC Bank) has deployed mobile ATMs across India to assist customers during lockdown in many places. According to the statement issued by the private sector bank, with this facility people will be able to withdraw cash from the mobile ATM van near the house.


Due to this, they will not be at risk of infection of Kovid-19 and will be able to get bank facility from home. Throughout the day, these mobile ATMs will go to different parts of cities and will stop there till the scheduled time. Through these 15 types of transactions can also be done.

The bank said, during the lockdown last year, HDFC Bank had successfully deployed mobile ATMs in more than 50 cities and helped to deliver cash to millions of customers. The mobile ATM will cover three to four stops in a day.

HDFC Bank Group Group Head of Liability Products, Third Party Products and Non-Resident Business Affairs. Sampat Kumar has confirmed this. The bank has hoped that their mobile ATMs will provide a great facility for those who want to avail basic financial services without going away from their home. 

Mobile ATMs will remain at each location for a fixed period and will cover three to four stops in a day. It can be used to perform more than 15 types of transactions.


The 19 cities where this facility has been implemented include Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hosur, Trichy, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Trivandrum, Allahabad, Salem, Dehradun, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Vijayawada and Coimbatore. Huh. Customers can avail 16 types of services from these mobile ATMs including cash withdrawal, ATM PIN number change, prepaid mobile recharge services, payment of utility bills and card less cash withdrawal.

A year ago, on 8 April 2020, HDFC Bank commissioned mobile ATMs in more than 50 cities in Mumbai and Noida following the pilot program.
