HDFC Bank’s credit card and UPI will not work for two days, net banking will also remain suspended

UPI Service: HDFC Bank has advised customers to plan their banking activities in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

HDFC UPI Service: HDFC Bank has informed its customers that some services of the bank will be temporarily closed on the upcoming 14th and 15th December 2024. This step is being taken as part of scheduled maintenance work to improve the banking experience. During this time many services including credit card transactions, net banking, mobile banking, UPI and demat transactions will be affected.

These services will remain closed on December 14:

1:00 to 1:30 pm: Credit card transactions will not be possible.

2:30 to 5:30 pm: Net banking, mobile banking app, fund transfer (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), merchant payments, account information and deposit services will not be available.

5:00 to 7:00 PM: Demat transactions will be affected.

10:00 AM (December 14) to 12:00 PM (December 15): Net banking offers tab will not be available.

Some services will also remain closed on December 15:

1:00 to 5:00 PM: Mutual fund transactions will be temporarily suspended on the new net banking platform.

HDFC Bank has advised customers to plan their banking activities in advance to avoid any inconvenience. The interruption in this schedule is only due to maintenance, which is necessary to make the banking system smooth and safe.

Customers were alerted

The bank has appealed to its customers for cooperation and asked them to avoid using the services during these scheduled times and complete their important banking work in advance. This effort is being made with the aim of providing uninterrupted and better services to the customers for a long time.

This initiative of HDFC Bank has been taken with the aim of improving their system and giving better experience to the customers. Customers are expected to understand this temporary inconvenience and follow the advice of the bank to meet their needs on time.
