According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of heavy rain in many parts of the country for the next 3 days. During these days, heavy to very heavy rain is expected at isolated places over Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. On the other hand, moderate to heavy rains may occur in many parts of the country.
Extremely heavy rain from September 7 to September 9
Heavy Rain Alert India: The Meteorological Department expressed the possibility of intensifying monsoon activities in many parts of the country for three days from September 7 to September 9 in Madhya Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh with very heavy rains at different places. Heavy rain is expected at isolated places over Uttarakhand, North Punjab and Jammu region and East Rajasthan.

Landslide closed National Highway-5
Landslide in Rampur: In the midst of all this, the process of rain and landslides continues in Himachal Pradesh. After Kinnaur in Himachal Pradesh, there has been a tremendous landslide in the jury of Rampur on Monday. Due to which the National Highway number 5 (National Highway-5) has been completely closed. Although there is no news of any casualty in this, but the difficulties of the people going to Kinnaur have increased. A huge amount of debris and large stones have accumulated on the road. The administration is sweating in removing them.
