Himachal: Nocturnal curfew from 27 in four districts, no negative report will be available in the state

Night curfew will be imposed in Kangra, Una, Solan and Sirmaur districts from 10 am to 5 pm from 27 April. This arrangement will continue till May 10. If the report comes negative, they do not need to be isolated. It was also decided that local bodies in both urban and rural areas would implement all SOPs and guidelines in their respective areas and give them the authority to initiate legal action against the violators.

The spread of this epidemic can be investigated. It has been decided in the meeting that a special task force will be constituted at the local level to effectively implement the SOP during all religious, social, political and cultural ceremonies. Those violating SOP will have the right to take strict action.

The state government will periodically review the situation and decisions will be taken accordingly.
