Bank Share Market Holiday: On April 11, there will be a holiday for the share market, banks and government offices. Banks will also remain closed on this day and so will the share, commodity and currency markets. IBJA will also not release the rates of gold and silver.

Bank Share Market Holiday April: On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, there will be a holiday in share markets, banks and government offices on Thursday, April 11. Banks will also remain closed on this day and so will the share, commodity and currency markets. IBJA will also not release the rates of gold and silver.

Share Market Holiday: According to the holiday list released on BSE and NSE, there will be no trading in both the exchanges on Thursday, April 11. Apart from this, there will be trading holiday for currency derivatives segment and commodity derivatives segment also. There will be no action on this day.

Bank Holidays: If we talk about Eid holidays in banks, then Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna. Bank branches in all cities across the country including Ranchi, Srinagar, Shimla will remain closed on April 11. There will be no work on this day.

When and where will banks be closed this month

11 April- Banks are closed in most of the states except Chandigarh, Sikkim, Kerala and Himachal Pradesh.

13 April- Banks are closed in Tripura, Assam, Manipur, Jammu and Srinagar.

15 April- Banks are closed in Assam and Himachal Pradesh.

16 April- Banks are closed in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Chandigarh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.

Schools, colleges and offices also closed: There will be a holiday for Eid on Thursday due to gazetted holiday. There will be a holiday in government and private institutions on this day.
