This consumer had sought help related to the ATM withdrawal issue from the helpline. The consumer had tried to withdraw Rs 5,000 from an ATM of a PSU bank. The money did not come out but the amount was deducted from his bank account. He then lodged a complaint with the bank. This person then made up his mind to take the matter to the National Consumer Helpline. This PSU bank is a partner with the helpline and in this case action was taken on the matter. This information was given by the company on the portal of National Consumer Helpline.
