The Government of India has now implemented the One Nation One Ration Card Scheme across the country. After this scheme, you can get the new member’s name added to the Ration Card online and take advantage of the government scheme.

Which documents are required?

Aadhaar Card for Women

– Marriage Certificate (marriage certificate)

– Husband’s Ration Card (both photocopied and original)

 

– First the certificate of deletion of the ration card which was in the parents’ house

To add a child’s name

Head of household ration card (both photocopied and original)

– Birth certificate of the child

 

– Aadhar card of both the parents of the child

How can twins get names in Ration Card online?

– Visit your state’s food supply official site.

For example, if you are a resident of Uttar Pradesh, go to the link (https://fcs.up.gov.in/FoodPortal.aspx).

– Login ID has to be created here, if you already have ID, then login with it.

– On the home page, the option to add new member name will appear.

– By clicking on it, the new form will open.

– Fill all the information of new member of your family here.

– Along with the form, a soft copy of the required document will also have to be uploaded.

After submitting the form, a registration number will be found, from which you can track your form in the portal.

 

– The officer will check the form and documents. If all goes well, the form will be accepted and the new ration card will reach home.

How to add name in Ration Card offline

-Have to go to your nearest food supply center.

Take all the mentioned documents with you.

– There will have to be a form to add the name of the new member.

– Fill all the detail information in the form.

– Submit the form to the department along with the document.

– Here some application fee will have to be deposited.

– After submission of the form, the officer will give you a receipt, which should be preserved.

– Through this recipe, you can check the status of the online application.

 

– The officers will check your form and after verification of the document, you will get your ration.
