You may click on the preview button to see how the address will be shown on the Aadhaar card.
Further, you’ll include guardian/parent/spouse names as a part of the address. Under the Address correction box, select the proper C/o details. However, consistent with the UIDAI website, this is often not mandatory.

Step 7: Upload original color scanned copy of proof of address. You can also click the address proof photo and upload it directly. According to the UIDAI website, 45 documents are valid as proof of address to update the address details. Some of the commonly used address proof are passports, post office account statement/passbook, ration card, bank statement/passbook, voter ID, driving license, electricity bill/water bill/telephone landline bill/credit card statement/gas connection bill (Not more than 3 months), a property tax receipt (not exceeding one year), etc. You can use your spouse’s passport as proof of address.

Step 8: Ensure that the data you enter on the portal is correct in English as well as in the local language (if opted for). Submit request when details are correct. Once successfully submitted, an update request number (URN) will be created. The URN will help you track the status of online address updates. You can also download/print the acknowledgment copy.
