By visiting the Jio PostPaid Plus website, you have to fill your name and Jio prepaid SIM number.

After that click on Generate OTP. Then enter the OTP received on your phone.
Now enter the delivery address for your new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM and click on Submit New Jio SIM Request.

Jio customer representative calls you within 3 to 4 days. KYC verification is done from you at home. In this, the verification of Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) is done. For this, you have to present any one document out of Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport and Driving License.

Your new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM is delivered to you and then activated within 24 hours. A security deposit of Rs 250 is taken by Jio and Rs 99 is charged for Jio Prime.
