Pradhan Mantra Jan Dhan Yojana -PMJDY was launched in August 2014. Its objective is to financially strengthen low-income people by financially helping them. State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced this facility for its account holders. Any Jan Dhan account holders can know their balance by calling 18004253800 or 1800112211. Account holders will have to call these numbers from their registered phone numbers.
Apart from this, account holders can also get this information by calling 9223766666 from their registered mobile number. This number may be different for different banks. Therefore, you can see the number to find out the amount lying in the account on your passbook.
