Citizens of India who have not registered their mobile number can also download their Aadhaar card by logging on to the UIDAI website. It is generally understood that without mobile number, Aadhar card cannot be downloaded. For those whose mobile number is not registered, the process has become easier. Aadhaar services are also available for those who do not have a smartphone. Offline service is available only by sending SMS from the registered mobile number.

How to download Aadhaar without mobile number, know step-by-step method
Step 1: Visit the official website of UIDAI https://uidai.gov.in/.
Step 2: Select ‘My Aadhaar’ option from the home page.
Step 3: Under ‘My Aadhaar’, tap on ‘Order Aadhaar Reprint’ option.
Step 4: Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number.
Step 5: Next enter the security code.
Step 6: If your mobile is not registered with your Aadhaar, then tick the check box of ‘My mobile number is not registered’ option.
Step 7: Now enter your alternate number or mobile number which is not registered.
Step 8: Select the ‘Send OTP’ tab.
Step 9: Click on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ checkbox.
Step 10: Press the ‘Submit’ button, then complete the OTP or TOTP authentication.
Step 11: A screen will appear with ‘Preview Aadhaar letter’ for further verification for reprint.
Step 12: Tap on ‘Make Payment’ option.
Step 13: Once the payment is complete, a digital signature will be asked to download the PDF format.
Step 14: A service request number will be generated through SMS.
Step 15: You can track your SRN status till the Aadhaar letter is sent.
