  • From your registered mobile number with the bank, call on the toll-free number 800 112 211 or 1800 425 3800.
  • For debit card related services select the option 2 and then 1 to request for PIN generation.
  • If you are calling from your registered mobile number select the option 1 or else select 2 for to get in touch with the representative.
  • Now enter the last 5 digits of your SBI debit card for which you are going to generate a green PIN.
  • Tap 1 to confirm and select 2 to re-confirm the last 5 digits of your card.
  • Now you will be asked to enter the last digits of your account number.
  • Tap 1 to confirm and select 2 to re-confirm the last 5 digits of your account number.
  • Enter the year of your date of birth and you are done.
  • You will get the Green PIN on your registered mobile number instantly.

How to change SBI Debit Card PIN via SMS?

  • Type ‘PIN CCCC AAAA’ and send it to 567676 from your registered mobile number. (Here, ‘CCCC’ is the last 4-digits of your SBI debit card number and ‘AAAA’ is the last 4-digits of your account number.
  • You will get an OTP on your registered mobile number now. To change your debit card PIN along with the OTP you will have to visit your nearest SBI ATM within 2 days of getting the OTP.
