First of all let us tell you what is Digital Health ID Card. This card will be like Aadhar card and will maintain your health related records. Digital Health ID card will be generated on your personal details. Your digital health card will be generated with the help of your Aadhar card and mobile number.
In this card, you will take some information including demographic, location, family member and contact details and will link these details with the health ID only after your approval.
How to make Digital Health ID sitting at home?
- Click on the official website of Digital Health Mission https://ndhm.gov.in/
- Now go to Create Health ID and follow the steps
- After this fill the details of your Aadhaar Card and verify it by entering OTP
- You can also choose to make a health card without providing Aadhaar details
- Health card can also be made on the basis of mobile number only.
- For the profile, some information including a photo, date of birth, address will have to be given.
- A form will open in front of you and all the information will have to be filled in it.
- As soon as you fill the information, a digital health ID card will appear in front of you.
- Your information, photo and a QR code will also be given in this card.
