Today many services have become online. But despite this, you have to go to the Aadhaar center to update the phone number or update the address.
In today’s time Aadhar card has become mandatory for every common Indian. Whether you want to open an account in a bank or get a SIM card, get a driving license or buy a house, you need Aadhaar card everywhere. To get the Aadhar card, you can register by visiting the nearest Aadhar registration center. Being such an important document, you always need to keep it updated. Today many services have become online. But despite this, you have to go to the Aadhaar center to update the phone number or update the address.
In the beginning, apart from the government, franchisees of Aadhar card registration centers were also given. Under this, any person could apply to open an Aadhaar center. At the Aadhaar center, the common people used to get the facility of getting a new Aadhaar to be updated. For this, a small investment had to be made to buy the necessary equipment. It also provided the assurance of a fixed income.
Can you also open Aadhaar Enrollment Center?
In fact, the government has stopped this system due to a large number of defects and rigging. Recently, in response to the question of a Twitter user, UIDAI has once clarified about this. Actually a person resident of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh did UIDAI on Twitter. The person in his tweet said, “I want to take UIDAI franchise as there is no center within 10 km radius. Please give me the franchisee for Aadhaar.”
UIDAI gave this clarification
UIDAI replied that Aadhaar service is not available in the private sector. UIDAI said in the tweet, “Aadhaar services are available only in Banks, Post Offices, CSACs i.e. Common Service Centers, Offices of State Government Officers and Aadhaar Service Centers operated by UIDAI. Aadhar centers do not operate in private. More information in this regard can be obtained from the local authorities of the state government (under which the Aadhaar centers are running).”
What Aadhaar related services can you provide?
UIDAI has made it clear that Aadhaar centers cannot be operated by the private sector. But still many shops in the market claim to be Aadhaar centres. In fact, these shops provide the same services related to Aadhaar, which UIDAI has made available online to a common man. That is, these shops are providing services like correction of name, address, date of birth or other details in Aadhaar, getting photo changed, getting PVC card printed, ordering common Aadhaar card etc., but UIDAI has not authorized them to do so.
Sir I want to take a UIDAI franchise because no anyone UIDAI franchise in my 10km area so I requested you that you give me a UIDAI franchise please@ceo_uidai @UIDAI @UIDAILucknow

Beware of fake messages
Nowadays, fraud is going on in the name of opening Aadhar center also. Sometimes some people approach the shopkeepers to open the Aadhaar center. At the same time, many call centers give the pretext of earning big money by opening Aadhaar center at home. In such a situation, it is important for you to understand that the Aadhaar center can be opened only in public sector banks and post offices. If someone contacts you to open an Aadhaar center near you, then you can inform the UIDAI or the local police.
