2. Very thick cream will come out in milk-

After boiling the milk, slow down the gas and after that cook it for two minutes. Now you place a sieve over it or if you are using a plate, then leave a little space so that the air keeps going.

Take any milk you want, you have to remove the cream in this way. When the milk is cooked a little, then there is a lot of cream in it. Cooked milk becomes slightly thicker and hence this reaction is more. If you just boil milk and keep it, then there will be less cream in it. You have to cook it for a while. Simultaneously, when the milk goes on the room temperature, keep it in the fridge. After the night, when you see, there will be so much milk cream in it that you will be surprised yourself.

3. Milk will not break like this- 

If you have left the milk outside for a few hours during the summer days or have forgotten it, then it may be broken. In such a situation, if you want to keep your milk from bursting, you can still do it.

All you have to do is to add a pinch of baking soda to your milk . After this, you boil the milk. After doing this your milk will not break. But use it within a day. If you boil it and keep it in the fridge for two days, then there is more scope to spoil the milk.
