Here we have explained the complete process below that how you can change your name on your PAN card.
1. First you have to visit the website https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan2/servlet/NewPanCorrectDSC.
2. After that fill the application form with the required information here and submit it online.
3. Select the only cell which is against your name and mention your PAN in the form.
4. Now tap on the option ‘Validate’ to cross-check the information given in the form.
5. Once validated, click on the “Submit” button.
6. Thereafter, make a payment of Rs 110 for a contact address within India and Rs 1,020 for a contact address outside India to process your request through net banking, debit/credit card, cash card, etc.
7. Once the payment is done, download the PAN Application Form and get a hard copy through a print out.
8. Paste two passport size photographs on the form and sign it.
9. Attach required document proof (self-attested) with the application form.
