ICICI Bank has launched a unique facility through which customers can collect their Debit Card, Credit Card or Cheque Book and Return Cheque from the bank branch located near their home or office, round the clock, including holidays. This unique self-service delivery facility has been named ‘iBox’. The ibox is a machine like an ATM. Come, let’s know what are the advantages of ibox.

Customers can avail this facility 24×7 as per their convenience. This facility will also be available on holidays.
Ibox terminal outside the bank premises
Eyebox terminals (ATM-like machines) have been installed outside the premises of the branches of the bank, which can be used even after the closure of the bank..
Fully automatic process
The process is fully automated and the customers are informed about their packages from dispatch to delivery.
OTP will work
When the package reaches the ibox terminal, an SMS notification is sent to the customer, which contains the ibox’s GPS location, an OTP and a QR code.
Completely self service
After this the customer goes to the iBox and enters his registered mobile number and OTP or QR code in it, after which the box opens and the customer can take his package.
Items to be taken in seven days
iBox holds the customer’s debit card, credit card, check book or returned check for seven days during which the customer can collect them.
No need to go to bank branch
