Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has raised her voice regarding pap culture and in this she has got a lot of support from the film industry. Now Ileana D’Cruz has shared her experience regarding this.
Ileana D’Cruz recently told why she doesn’t appear in much media and why she doesn’t like the pap culture here.
Talking to Times of India, Ileana D’Cruz said that she does not like to tell anyone about her wear-abouts.
Ileana said, “I don’t disappear, I am here. You can’t see me all the time because I don’t tell the media about myself when I am.”
She said, “I had tasted pap culture sometime back, but I realized it was not for me. It’s not who I am, and I think it’s totally okay to be different. I am working and have completed shooting a lot of good work. So, yes, I am doing good work, but doing it silently with my head down.
Ileana also shared whether she is afraid of being overlooked by filmmakers as she rarely makes public appearances except for red carpets or film events.
To this she said, “I’d be lying if I said, ‘Oh, I didn’t think about it’. Of course I gave it a shot too. I tried the whole PR thing, thinking I needed to be seen more But in the end I didn’t see much difference.
Ileana said that it is all about the personal equation that you share with the filmmakers. Producers and directors like to know their actors a little more. So, I like to meet people who are like-minded and with whom I want to work.
When I am working, it becomes my priority, and once I am done with it, I take some time off and spend time with my family. I think it’s a good balance because I’m not someone who can just work 24/7.”Shah Rukh Khan Tweet: ‘I will be fired from Bollywood…’, this talk of King Khan blew everyone’s senses, why did SRK say this?
