The BMC has alleged that Sonu Sood allegedly converted a 6-floor residential building into a hotel without permission. On this matter, the BMC filed a police complaint on 7 January.
Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has got relief from the Bombay High Court in the illegal manufacturing case. The Bombay High Court has banned any action by the BMC on the actor’s building till 13 January.
The BMC has alleged that Sonu Sood allegedly converted a 6-floor residential building into a hotel without permission. On this matter, the BMC filed a police complaint on 7 January. In this case, Sonu Sood reached Bombay High Court for rescue.
Even before this, BMC had issued a notice to Sonu Sood regarding illegal construction. According to officials, Sonu Sood had also reached the civil court against this notice but he did not get any relief from there.

In the complaint letter written by BMC for action against Sonu Sood in Juhu Police Station, these allegations are mentioned in it-
-The complaint states that Sonu Sood did illegal construction without following the rules.
– The residential place of Ijjat was modified in the commercial category
-Notis was given on 27 September 2020, the period ended on 26 November, to which Sonu did not reply
Again on 4 January, an inspection was carried out in which it was found that Sonu completed the illegal construction work without answering the notice.
In this case, the actor has got relief till 13 January.
