IMD Alert: Entry of monsoon in 5 states, Orange alert of heavy rain in 17 states for 84 hours, know forecast of Meteorological Department

Monsoon enters Madhya Pradesh

Monsoon has entered Chhattisgarh Madhya Pradesh in the midst of scorching heat. With the onset of monsoon, rain activity has started in many districts. However, the rains continued in 35 districts of Madhya Pradesh. The same monsoon is catching up fast.

Heavy rain alert in more than 30 districts of Bihar

Heavy rain warning has been issued in more than 30 districts of Bihar. For this, while issuing an orange alert, a forecast of strong thunderstorm has also been expressed. The maximum temperature could be recorded at 35 degree Celsius while the minimum temperature is likely to be recorded at 24 degree Celsius.

Weather changed in Haryana Punjab including Gujarat

The weather has changed in Haryana Punjab including Gujarat. The sky is cloudy. Strong cold wind is blowing. However, one has to wait for 2 to 3 days for rain. In the next 48 hours, rain can be seen in these areas. A shortfall of five to seven percent will be recorded.

Rain activity continues in the hill state as well

Here, the rain activity is going to continue in the hill state as well. Rain activity will continue in Uttarakhand, Himachal including Jammu and Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad. Heavy rain in eastern states

Talking about the eastern states, a red alert has been issued for heavy rains in Arunachal Pradesh including Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram. People have been advised to be cautious due to landslides caused by heavy rains in these areas. The wind will blow at a speed of 40 to 50 km, along with a strong storm, a forecast of thunder and lightning has been expressed.

Heavy rain in southern states

Heavy rain warning has been issued in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Goa including Rayalseem, Nicobar Islands. A decrease of 3 degrees will be observed in the minimum temperature while a decrease of 5 degrees in the maximum temperature may be observed. With this, the maximum temperature can be recorded at 35 degree Celsius. While the thunderstorm activity will continue, high speed wind has been forecast.

Very soon the entry of monsoon will be seen in the state. Rain activity will be seen from Rajasthan to Maharashtra within 3 to 4 days.
  • South West Monsoon has advanced to Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal, Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh including Mumbai, Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat on Sunday. In 2 days, the knock of monsoon will be seen in the remaining part of Gujarat. Along with this, within 3 to 4 days, some areas of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir will see the onset of monsoon.

Heavy rain alert in Odisha

Warning of very heavy rain has been issued in Odisha. Odisha will see heavy rains from June 25. At the same time, an alert of moderate rain has been issued in the Himalayan regions till June 30. A warning of very heavy rain has been issued in Rajasthan on June 28. At the same time, a warning of torrential rain has been issued in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh from 25 to 29 June. The rain activity is going to continue in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh till June 30.

  • Heavy rain is expected at isolated places over Maharashtra, Goa, Nagaland, Manipur & Mizoram, Odisha, Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh, Telangana, Coastal Karnataka.
  • The maximum temperature is expected to be 40°C or more in North-West Rajasthan, Punjab and West Haryana.
