IMD Alert: IMD issues orange and yellow alert regarding weather, know how the weather will be in your state

According to the Meteorological Department, this blanket of dense fog will remain like this for three consecutive days. In view of the fog, IMD has issued orange and yellow alerts.

IMD Weather Alert: Wednesday morning was with dense fog in the capital Delhi and NCR. Due to this fog, normal life was also greatly affected. Due to fog, those people had to face a lot of trouble especially those who have to leave their homes early in the morning. Visibility near IGI Airport was only 50 meters from 7 am to 10 am on Wednesday morning, due to which many flights are flying late and many trains are getting late due to this. The speed of vehicles on the roads also appeared very slow.

According to the Meteorological Department, this blanket of dense fog will remain for three consecutive days from Wednesday to Friday. In view of the fog, IMD has issued orange alert for Wednesday and yellow alert for Thursday. Also, the Meteorological Department has predicted that due to western disturbance at the beginning of the New Year, there may be light rain in the areas of North-West and Central India from December 30 to January 2. Yellow Alert

Yellow alert is issued by the Meteorological Department to inform about the upcoming bad weather. In a way, this is an alarm bell. Orange Alert

Orange Alert is a situation one step ahead of Yellow Alert. This means that danger has knocked. Now you should not be careless. After this, dangerous weather conditions may come your way at any time. In such a situation, you should prepare yourself to deal with that situation. When an orange alert is issued, the concerned authorities are asked to be prepared and people are asked to be careful while moving around.

Red Alert

When there is a possibility of severe weather and damage due to it, then a red alert is issued by the Meteorological Department. This is a sign of dangerous weather conditions. Red alert is issued to alert people that now they should follow all the rules keeping in mind their safety. In winter, red alert means dangerous cold conditions, while in rainy season, red alert means flood, storm or damaging rain. At the same time, in summer it is very hot which can make people sick. People should not be careless after red alert. In such a situation, arrangements should be made to avoid the wrath of that weather.

Green Alert

You all must be well aware of the meaning of Green Alert. It simply means that the weather is completely clear and there is no need to panic. You should consider yourself safe, be worried about the weather and do your regular work.
