Apart from this, a cyclone has formed in the upper part of the air over South Chhattisgarh. A cyclonic circulation lies in the upper air over northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining north Orissa. The same cyclone is likely to convert into a low pressure area. After which heavy rains will be seen in Bhopal, Indore, Narmada Puran, Ujjain divisions.

Orange alert in these districts
Orange alert of very heavy rain has been issued in Dewas, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Sehore, Narmada Puram, Dhar, Guna, Harda and Ratlam on Thursday and Friday.
Yellow alert in these districts
Yellow alert for heavy rain has been issued in Chhindwara, Mandla, Raisen, Bhopal, Betul, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Barwani, Alirajpur, Jhabua, Indore, Shajapur, Agar etc. districts.

According to the Meteorological Department, four systems are active in the entire state. Due to which rain activities are continuing across the state, light rain has been issued in 28 districts, heavy rain in 15 districts and very heavy rain warning has been issued in 8 districts. Alert has been issued for Ujjain, Ratlam.
