IMD Alert: There will be heavy rain in these districts along with strong winds, know what is the update of IMD

Bihar Weather Report: According to Kumar Gaurav, scientist of Patna-based Meteorological Center, there is a possibility of heavy rain in some places of South Bihar today while moderate rain is likely in most districts of Bihar.

Patna. Monsoon has been active in Bihar for the last several days. Heavy rains are also occurring in many districts along with thunderstorms. The weather is rainy throughout the day. Today also, warnings have been issued for heavy rains with strong winds and thunderstorms at different places. According to the Meteorological Center Patna, due to the activity of monsoon these days, the rainfall has increased. Today, there is a possibility of strong winds as well.

According to Kumar Gaurav, scientist of the Meteorological Center located in Patna, heavy rains are likely in some places of South Bihar today while moderate rains are likely in most of the districts of Bihar. During this time the wind speed is also likely to be 50 km per hour.

There is a big change in the weather

According to scientist Kumar Gaurav, deep pressure areas are formed around Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh. Due to this, monsoon is active and heavy rains are occurring in many districts of Bihar. Despite this, there is still a 26 percent rainfall deficit in Bihar. There is a possibility of rain in many areas of Bihar even today.

The data released by IMD shows that after today there will be a decrease in rainfall activities. There is no possibility of rain in many districts. It can be said that this is the last rain of monsoon.

Heavy rain will occur in these districts today

Today i.e. on September 17, heavy rain is likely in Rohtas and Bhabua of Bihar while light to moderate rainfall is likely in Patna, Bhojpur, Buxar, Aurangabad, Gaya, Arwal, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Lakhisarai and Begusarai.

Apart from this, there is a possibility of scattered rainfall in some places in West Champaran, East Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Sitamarhi, Shivhar, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Madhubani, Darbhanga and Samastipur districts. Whereas, the weather will remain completely dry in Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Saharsa, Madhepura, Purnia, and Katihar. There is no possibility of rain. The situation in many districts is likely to remain similar in the coming days.
