IMD Weather Update: According to the Meteorological Department, today the weather will be dry in UP, Punjab, Haryana, Odisha, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, while there may be light rain in the North East states.

IMD has issued an alert of heavy rain in many places of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Mahe and Kerala in the next 24 hours. Along with this, snowfall will be seen in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir from November 1.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather of Delhi is going to take a turn from November 1 and the cold is going to increase here. Today i.e. on Tuesday (October 31), the minimum temperature in Delhi can be 16-17 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature can be 33-34 degrees. Apart from this, pollution is continuously increasing. The maximum temperature recorded in the capital on Monday was 33 degrees, which is two degrees more than normal. According to IMD, there will be fog in the capital in the morning for the next few days. At the same time, a drop in temperature has been seen in UP and Uttarakhand.

Delhi’s AQI reaches ‘very poor’ category

Delhi’s air quality reached ‘very poor’ category on Monday and it is expected to worsen further. The AQI of three areas crossed 400, meaning the air in these areas reached the ‘severe’ category. AQI between zero and 50 is ‘good’, 51 to 100 is ‘satisfactory’, 101 to 200 is ‘moderate’, 201 to 300 is ‘poor’, 301 to 400 is ‘very poor’ and 401 to 500 is ‘poor’. Is considered ‘serious’.

According to the Meteorological Department, on Tuesday (October 31), the weather will be dry in UP, Punjab, Haryana, Odisha, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, while there may be light rain in the North East states Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura.
