Very heavy rainfall is likely at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland and Meghalaya during the next 24 hours.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall has been predicted in northeastern states like Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura from October 2 to 6. Heavy rains are likely in Arunachal Pradesh from October 2 to 5 and in Assam and Meghalaya. Heavy rains are likely in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, Lakshadweep and South Interior Karnataka between October 2 and 5.
