Apart from this, dense to very dense fog will be seen in North West India for the next two days. However, after the next two days, the minimum temperature of North India will increase by two to three degrees Celsius, which is expected to provide more relief from the cold. According to the Meteorological Department, Western Disturbance will come on January 18. Due to this, there will be rain in the western Himalayan states on January 21-23. At the same time, there is a rain alert for three days between January 21-23 in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, North Rajasthan and Western Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, there is a possibility of storm in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh on January 21. Talking about the states of South India, there will be rain in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal on January 18 and 19, Kerala, Mahe on January 19 and lightning may also strike.
At present, the minimum temperature of Jammu and Kashmir is below zero degree Celsius, while in Himachal Pradesh it remains between one to five degrees. At the same time, the minimum temperature in North West India is between 6-10 degrees Celsius.
