Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rains in West Bengal, northern Odisha, Jharkhand and adjoining northern Chhattisgarh. Along with this, a yellow alert has been issued for many states. Talking about the weather of the country’s capital, light rain activities will be seen in Delhi.

Rainfall Update: This time the monsoon has caused a lot of devastation in many states of the country. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there is a possibility of rain in many states of the country on Tuesday. Delhi will remain cloudy today and heavy rains may also occur at many places. There are still about two weeks left for the return of monsoon. According to the Meteorological Department, the low pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal has turned into a deep depression. Due to this, heavy rains may occur in many states. Today, heavy rains can be seen in eastern Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

There is a possibility of light rain in Uttarakhand. Clouds will remain in Haryana. Heavy rain is expected in West Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Coastal Andhra, Kerala. In view of the heavy rains, a yellow alert has been issued for many states. Low pressure conditions may again occur at some places in the last days of September. Due to this, heavy rain is expected in some states.

Delhi’s weather condition

According to the Meteorological Department, movement of clouds will be seen in Delhi-NCR till September 13. Along with this, light rain may occur at many places. There is a possibility of rain and thundershowers on September 14 and 15. At the same time, the minimum temperature is expected to be around 24 degrees Celsius. Heavy to very heavy rains may occur in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra in the next 2 days. Heavy rain is expected at different places in East Rajasthan, Telangana today.

How will the weather be during the next 24 hours?

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are also expected in UP and MP on September 11-12. During the next 24 hours, light to moderate rains are expected in Odisha, South Chhattisgarh, Telangana, coastal Andhra Pradesh and parts of Madhya Pradesh with heavy rains at some places. Deep pressure remains in the Bay of Bengal, due to which moderate rains and cold winds are likely in Delhi / NCR between September 11-13.

Heavy rain is likely in these places

During the next 24-36 days, heavy rain is likely in Dhenkanal, Gajapati, Ganjam, Gariaband, Jagatsinghpur, Jajapur, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Kendrapara, Kendujhar, Khordha, Koraput, Boudh, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Nuapada, Puri, Rayagada, Sambalpur, Angul of Odisha. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain is likely in eastern Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Vidharba and Odisha on September 10. Many states of Central India including Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra as well as many areas of Vidarbha may receive rain. In Jharkhand, light to moderate rain is likely in different districts of the state till September 13. Heavy to very heavy rain is likely in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Vidarbha.
