However, two new western disturbances are going to hit the hilly states of North India, due to which an alert of heavy rain has been issued in the mountains. On the other hand, there are many states where it is still raining. The Meteorological Department has said that warnings of thunderstorm, lightning, hailstorm etc. have been issued in Eastern and Central India today and tomorrow (19 and 20 March). Apart from this, there is going to be heavy rain in Northeast India and Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim between March 20 and 23.

Talking about the weather in the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain occurred in Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand. Snowfall was also recorded at many places. At the same time, Chhattisgarh also received light to moderate rain. Apart from this, rain has also been recorded in East Madhya Pradesh, Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Madhya Pradesh, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Vidarbha, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Kerala, Mahe, North Interior Karnataka and Telangana. .

The Meteorological Department has predicted that there will be thunderstorms and rain in Gangetic West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha on March 19-21. During this period, strong winds and hail will also fall at the speed of 50-60 kilometers per hour. At the same time, an alert has also been issued for rain, thunderstorm and lightning in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, East Madhya Pradesh on March 19-20. Strong winds will blow in Vidarbha, East Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh on March 19, Vidarbha on March 19. Apart from this, Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam are going to receive moderate rain on March 19-20. At the same time, there will be heavy rain in coastal Andhra Pradesh on March 20. States like Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, Sikkim are also going to receive heavy rains during March 19-25.

Two Western Disturbances are knocking

The Meteorological Department has said that two new Western Disturbances are going to hit the hilly states of North India (Western Himalayan regions), due to which the weather patterns will change. The first will knock on the night of 20th March and the second on the night of 23rd March. Due to this, there will be heavy rain and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh from March 20-24 i.e. for five days and in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand from March 19 and again between March 21 and 24. At the same time, the maximum temperature in North-West India is going to increase by two to three degrees Celsius in the next two days. This means that the heat may increase in North India. There will be no change in the weather in Central India for the next two days and then after that the maximum temperature will increase by two to four degrees Celsius.
