Madhya Pradesh Weather Forecast News: The period of heavy rain has started once again in Madhya Pradesh. Heavy rain was recorded in Bhopal on Sunday. On the other hand, drizzle was recorded in Malajkhand of Balaghat and Seoni. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will remain bad in Madhya Pradesh till April 12. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of light to moderate rain with thunderstorms in various parts of Madhya Pradesh from April 8 to 12. During this period, hail may also occur in some areas. Besides, stormy winds can also blow at a speed of 30 to 50 kilometers per hour.

According to the Meteorological Department, two consecutive western disturbances are going to hit the areas of North-West India. Its impact will also be seen on the plains. The first western disturbance will hit from April 10 while the second will hit from April 13. Due to this, there is a possibility of thunderstorm and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during April 10 to 15. A trough extends from north coastal Andhra Pradesh to south Tamil Nadu drawing moist winds from the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of widespread light to moderate rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds over East and Madhya Pradesh during April 8 to 12. During this period, the Meteorological Department has also warned of stormy winds blowing at a speed of 30 to 50 kilometers per hour in Madhya Pradesh. A warning of hailstorm in some areas has also been issued by the Meteorological Department. Especially in the areas of Narmadapuram, Seoni, Betul and Chhindwara districts, there may be hailstorm along with rain. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in Madhya Pradesh for four days.

The rainy season has started in Madhya Pradesh. Heavy rain along with thunderstorm has been recorded in Bhopal, Sehore, Narsinghpur, Raisen and Vidisha. Branches of trees have fallen at various places due to the strong storm. Due to this, electricity has come to a standstill at many places. Hail has fallen in Sagar Narmadapuram. This indifference of weather is being seen at a time when the crops have ripened and the harvesting season is going on. Farmers are busy keeping their grains in their homes. Unseasonal rains and storms pose a threat of rotting of grains and damage to standing crops.
