IMD Rainfall: There will be heavy rain in 15 states, know the condition of the whole country including Delhi-NCR

Weather Updates: Heavy rain is being witnessed in many states across the country at this time. There have been incidents of cloudburst at many places, while in some places it has rained so much that landslides have occurred. At present, heavy rain from north to south has made life difficult for the people. Rain is also expected in Delhi-NCR. The Meteorological Department has said that heavy rain is going to occur from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh to Maharashtra for the next few days.

The Indian Meteorological Department has said that heavy to very heavy rains are expected in Madhya Pradesh, Central Maharashtra and Gujarat. More than 20 cm of rain can be recorded at these places. Heavy to very heavy rains are also expected in Uttarakhand, East Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Saurashtra and Kutch, Konkan and Goa, Coastal Karnataka. The IMD has said that there is a possibility of 12 cm or less rain in these states and areas.

There will be heavy rain in Northeast India

From Northeast India to Himalayan regions, the fierce form of clouds can be seen. Apart from this, clouds are going to rain in some states of South India as well. Heavy rain alert has also been issued in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Western Rajasthan, Vidarbha, Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Marathwada, Kerala and Mahe interior Karnataka. There is a possibility of 7 cm or less rain here.

In which states has IMD alert issued?

Yellow alert has been issued by IMD for Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Northeast India. Red alert has been issued for Madhya Pradesh. Orange alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department for states like Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat. The fierce form of weather is going to be seen in all these states. People have been asked to pay full attention to the alert before leaving their homes.

How will the weather be in Delhi-NCR?

Delhi is going to be cloudy on Saturday (August 3). There may be rain with thunder in some parts of the capital. The heavy rains in the last few days have changed the weather of Delhi a lot. People have got relief from the sticky heat, which is going to continue this week. The maximum temperature in Delhi is going to be 34 degrees and the minimum temperature is going to be 26 degrees. There is a possibility of rain with thunder in Ghaziabad and Noida on Saturday.

Clouds will rain in UP, the weather will be pleasant in Bihar too

IMD has said that there is going to be rain in Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Chandauli, Varanasi and its surrounding areas in eastern UP. There is a possibility of lightning along with rain in districts like Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, Kasganj, Etah, Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etawah in western UP. A red alert has been issued for heavy rain with thunderstorm and lightning for 9 districts of Bihar. There will be rain in districts like Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Jamui, Jehanabad, Kaimur, Katihar.
